Registration

S-Risk licenses are provided on a company basis and are regionally bound. An S-Risk license can include one or more individual accounts. With multiple accounts, people within your company can use S-Risk simultaneously; the number of simultaneous sessions is equal to the number of accounts. With multiple accounts for a certain region, it is also possible to consult the simulations of the other accounts (as read-only). This is not possible when having, e.g., two accounts for two different regions.

The cost of an S-Risk license is a one-time registration fee of €2400, with an additional yearly fee of €350 per individual account. This allows for flexible licensing depending on the size of your company, and allows us to maintain the server infrastructure and provide updates to the S-Risk web application. These prices are VAT excluded.

Accounts will be provided for an indefinite period with the possibility to cancel them annually. Invoices will be issued yearly in March on the basis of the registration details.

The procedure to obtain an S-Risk license and one or more accounts consists of two steps:

  • Step 1: Download, complete and sign a copy of the S-Risk license agreement (Dutch version). Return it electronically to info@s-risk.be or by regular mail to the following address:

        VITO
        T.a.v. Secretariat MRG
        Industriezone Vlasmeer 7
        2400 Mol, Belgium

  • Step 2: Register on our online registration platform. Here you can specify how many individual accounts you will need for a certain region. By default, a credit card payment is proposed, but payment by money transfer is possible too if you don't have a credit card or the amount exceeds your daily limit. If this is the case, please mention this in the "Questions/Remarks" field and fill in a dummy credit card number (e.g., 1111 1111 1111 1111 with expiration date 9-9-99 and verification code 999). VITO will then contact you with further details on the bank transfer.
