Register

S-Risk licenses are provided on a company basis and are regionally bound. An S-Risk license can include one or more individual accounts. With multiple accounts, people within your company can use S-Risk simultaneously; the number of simultaneous sessions is equal to the number of accounts. With multiple accounts for a certain region, it is also possible to consult the simulations of the other accounts (as read-only). This is not possible when having, e.g., two accounts for two different regions.

The cost of an S-Risk license is a one-time registration fee of €3500, with an additional yearly fee of €400 per individual account. This allows for flexible licensing depending on the size of your company, and allows us to maintain the server infrastructure and provide updates to the S-Risk web application. These prices are VAT excluded.

Accounts will be provided for an indefinite period with the possibility to cancel them annually. Invoices will be issued yearly in March on the basis of the registration details.

The procedure to obtain an S-Risk license and one or more accounts consists of two steps:

Step 1

Download, complete and sign a copy of the S-Risk license agreement (French version). Return it electronically to s-risk@spaque.be or by regular mail to the following address:

Step 2

Register on our online registration platform. Here you can specify how many individual accounts you will need for a certain region.

Demo licenses

S-Risk demo licenses can be provided on request using our contact form.

One S-Risk user account is provided for internal evaluation purposes for the duration of 1 month, after which the account and all related data will be deleted from the S-Risk server. We only provide demo licenses to individuals or companies without existing S-Risk accounts, to avoid abuse.

The demo license is provided as is and as available without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited warranty for fitness for a particular purpose and absence of third party rights. Use of the S-Risk demo account is at the user’s own risk. SPAQuE is in no case responsible for any of the obtained results and cannot be held liable for any damage, loss of profits, anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss due to delay or any indirect or consequential loss or damage occurring due to the use of the S-Risk demo account and/or the results obtained with the S-Risk demo account. The use of the S-Risk demo account is only meant to obtain a brief overview of the S-Risk functionalities. SPAQuE does also not provide any user support.
